Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order, un-worn, undamaged and with origional paperwork for refund or exchange, depending on the conditions below.

ONLINE PURCHASE: If you placed the order online for a next day delivery product then please use our online Returns Form: http://www.albarose.com/download/ReturnsForm.pdf and we will process it the same day we receive your return, it may take up to 5 working days to show in your account. If you wish to exchange your returned item please put full details of what you would like on the Returns Form and we will process and either refund you any difference, or send you a link to pay the difference if the value is higher. You can return your online order to one of our stores but they will not be able to process a refund in store, it will passed onto our head office to then action.

IN- STORE PURCHASE: If your order was purchased in-store then please return to any of our stores and we can process your refund or exchange.

BESPOKE ORDERS: If we have made a bespoke item for you we can offer an exchange within 30 days, this is subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum of £50). Please be aware if the new item you are exchanging for is lower in value there will be no refund.

FINANCE PURCHASES: If you have purchased your order with finance, we are unable to offer a Refund, only exchange within 30 days of order for items of the same or higher value. This is due to limitations given to us by the finance provider once you have accepted the finance with them.

PATTERN APPLIED PRODUCTS: We do not offer refunds on any products which have had a pattern applied, we can only offer exchange within 30 days,this is subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum of £50). Please be aware if the new item you are exchanging for is lower in value there will be no refund.

ENGRAVED PRODUCTS: We do not offer refunds on any products which have been engraved, we can only offer exchange within 30 days.

PLEASE NOTE FOR EXCHANGES: Please be aware we are unable to offer any further refund or exchange on exchanged products.

DEPOSITS: Any deposit amount against orders which have not been collected within 45 days after your purchase date, will be kept to cover the costs of restocking the item, and losses incurred from manufacturing an order deemed lost.

Our Promise: Any refunds due will be made within 5 days of receiving your item. Credit card refunds can take up to 4 days to appear on your account. Alterations will be processed immediately, and returned to you usually the same day.
